We deliver your order as soon as possible to any desired address.
For the shipment a fee will be charged, but the order can be returned completely free of charge. The shipping costs are stated in your shopping cart.
Shipping costs for orders from €0-€50 (fit through mailbox slot) are €3,25. Shipping costs for orders over €50 are €5,95. Regardless of the number of items you ordered.
Please note: Shipping costs for Finland, Ireland and Portugal differ from the amount mentioned above due to the fact that shipping to these countries is more expensive. As soon as your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email to confirm that it is on its way. The email will include a tracking link, so that you can track the status of your order. Our delivery partner DPD handles delivery. To track your order, click on the link in your dispatch confirmation email. By clicking on this link you will see the estimated delivery date and time. It may occur that you will get the following notification: "no shipments have been found for this combination". This notification can be caused by the fact that the carrier has not processed the tracking code yet.
Generally you will receive your order within 3-5 business days after the order has been processed (national holidays do not count as a working day). A small article (e.g. Fisherman's hat or Rain hat) will be delivered as mailbox post. You do not have to stay at home for the delivery. Larger packages are delivered by DPD on workdays and Saturdays between 12:00 and 18:00 pm. If you are not in at the time of delivery and your package cannot be delivered with your neighbours, you will receive a message from DPD saying they will try again. If DPD has not been able to deliver the package after two attempts, the package will be kept at the local post office for 3 weeks. You can pick up the order in person within these 3 weeks. After these 3 weeks the package is sent back to HappyRainyDays.
