Order

Placing an order goes with a couple of simple steps:

Select the correct size for the desired item and click on ‘Add to cart’. If there is no shopping cart next to the item you want, then the item is currently not available. Below the size it is stated whether the item will be back in stock in the near future. You can then click on the ‘Mail me’ button. Leave your e-mail address and receive an email when the product can be ordered again. If it is only stated sold out, the item will not be returned to the range.

When you have added a product, it will immediately be added to your shopping cart. If you want to pay immediately, click on ‘Checkout’. Here you see an overview of your order. If you already have an account, you can log in here. If you don’t have an account yet, fill in your details. It is therefore not mandatory to create an account, but it does make the ordering procedure easier for the next order.

It is possible to have your order delivered to a different address than the address you have provided with your details. At ‘Send my order to the above address’, uncheck the box and you can enter a different delivery address. In our webshop you can pay in different ways; via iDeal, Afterpay, credit card (Mastercard and Visa), PayPal or bank transfer.

At step 3 you check your order and at the bottom right of the page you finalize the order by clicking on ‘Place order’. After you have placed your order, you will automatically receive a confirmation within a few minutes at the email address you provided.

If your order has not yet been paid for, you can cancel it by logging into your account. If your order has been paid, we advise you to contact customer service as soon as possible via e-mail or chat. They can inform you whether the cancellation is still possible or whether the order has already been sent.

Cancellation is only possible if the order has not yet been processed.

After your order has been completed, you will receive an e-mail after a few moments with your order confirmation. As soon as the order has been shipped, you will receive another e-mail with a link to track your package. By clicking on this link you can see when your package will be delivered to you.

Note: Packages that are delivered through the mailbox (a single hat) have no track & trace, so you will not receive an e-mail to track your shipment. You also do not have to stay at home for these shipments.

After you have placed your order, you will automatically receive a confirmation within a few minutes at the email address you provided.

If you have not received a confirmation, it may be that there are problems with our e-mail server, that the e-mail has ended up in your unwanted mailbox or that the e-mail address you provided is incorrect. You can then send an e-mail (with subject “order confirmation not received”) containing the correct details, the ordered items and the time when you placed the order to info@happyrainydays.nl.

Pay

In our webshop we offer you the option to pay for your order in advance or afterwards (Afterpay). During the ordering process you will automatically be taken to the payment section. Here you can select your preferred payment method.

The payment procedure runs through Buckaroo (online payment provider).

 

iDeal

Payments via iDeal are only possible for orders within the Netherlands. With this method you can pay directly during the ordering process with your own bank. You pay in your own trusted internet payment environment, based on specific security methods of your own bank. If you already use telebanking, you can immediately use iDeal, without having to register for it.

credit card

You can also pay with us by credit card. We accept Visa and MasterCard. The payment procedure via Buckaroo is done with a secure SSL procedure.

paypal

Paying with PayPal is easy by just entering your email address and password. You do not need to enter any bank or credit card details, these are securely stored by PayPal.

Bank transfer

If you would like to pay by bank transfer, you can also do this directly via Buckaroo’s secure SSL procedure. Do not make any changes to the payment reference; your payment may then be lost.

Afterpay

See first, then pay. Afterpay is a safe and easy way to pay for your order afterwards. If you choose an Afterpay payment, you complete the order without payment. AfterPay will send you the invoice by e-mail after you have received your order. You can pay this invoice how and when it suits you best, within the payment term of 14 days. This can be done via the iDeal button in your invoice or by transferring the amount via internet banking. Safe and convenient.

AfterPay carries out the complete post-payment process for HappyRainyDays. This means that you will receive a digital invoice from AfterPay via email to pay for the purchased product(s). You can pay at HappyRainyDays with a digital invoice up to an amount of €200 when you pay for the first time via AfterPay. If you are already known to AfterPay, you can pay up to an amount of € 400.

Please note: when paying with Afterpay we charge € 1.25 payment costs, these costs are not refunded with a return.

AfterPay carries out a data check to approve your payment request. AfterPay applies a strict privacy policy as described in its privacy statement. In the unlikely event that your request for payment is not authorized, you can of course pay for the product to be purchased with another payment method.

Indien uw bestelling nog niet is betaald kunt u deze annuleren door in te loggen op uw account. If your order has been paid, we advise you to contact customer service as soon as possible via telephone number: +31 (020) 7370307. Zij kunnen u informeren of de annulering nog mogelijk is of dat de bestelling al verstuurd is. In the latter case, you can always return the item free of charge after receipt.

Annuleren is alleen mogelijk als de bestelling nog niet in behandeling is genomen.

Delevery

You can always find the costs for delivery in the shopping cart. We deliver in the Netherlands and Belgium with PostNL.

If it concerns a package that does not fit through the letterbox, you will receive an e-mail with a track & trace code as soon as the order has been sent to us. With this code you can track the shipment via the internet. It is possible that you receive the message: ‘No shipments were found for this combination’. This message can be caused by the fact that the carrier has not yet processed the tracking code. Please try again later. Usually you will receive the order within 2 working days (holidays are not considered working days).

A small item can pass through the mailbox, for this you do not have to stay at home. (Rain hats for example) You will also not receive a track & trace code for these shipments. The larger packages are delivered on working days and Saturdays by Post.nl. If you are not at home at the time of delivery and the package cannot be delivered to the neighbors, you will be notified and PostNL will try again later. If PostNL cannot deliver it within 2 attempts, the package can be picked up at the post office for another 3 weeks.

TIP: You can specify a different delivery address (e.g. of your work) for delivery.

We are happy to deliver your order to any desired address as soon as possible. For sending your order under 20 euros, € 2.95 will be charged. For orders above 20 euros, no shipping costs will be charged. If you return an item, we charge € 5.95 return costs. If you return an item from Belgium, we will charge €9.95 return costs. We will then refund the purchase amount minus the return costs within 10 working days to the account from which the item was paid.

Shipping costs are charged for orders from abroad (with the exception of Belgium). The amount depends on the country to which the order is to be shipped.

The delivery time of your order is if you order before 4 pm, your order will be shipped the same day.

Returns

Did you receive a different item than you ordered?

We apologize, of course you can return the incorrectly delivered item free of charge. If you register your return via this link , you will receive a return label by email. You can print this out and stick it on the package. Indicate on the enclosed return form that you have received a wrong item. You can drop off the package at PostNL. We will send you the correct item after receipt of your shipment.

Exchanging for another size is free.

 

Would you like to exchange an item for the same item in a different size? That’s no problem. You can return the package to HappyRainyDays free of charge up to 14 days after delivery. You must complete the enclosed return form and add it to the package. Here you must fill in which size you want. Register your package via this link and you will receive a return label by email. You can print this out and stick it on the package and drop it off at the PostNL point of your choice.

 

Exchange to another item

Unfortunately, an item cannot be exchanged for another item due to a possible price difference. If you would like a different item, we ask you to return the item and place a new order.

As soon as we have received your order back, we will refund the money to your account. You simply order the new item as a new order. We will then send this to you free of charge.

Conditions for exchange or return:

  • Within the cooling-off period of 14 days. This period starts when you have received the complete order.
  • In undamaged, not described and original factory packaging without tape, adhesive tape or (shipping) stickers.
  • Complete, unused, unwashed and undamaged (trying on clothes is not considered use).

The reflection period starts when you have received the complete order. You may view and/or try on the item within this time, unless stated otherwise. After the cooling-off period has expired, the purchase agreement is a fact.

Upon receipt of the order, the goods become your property. Therefore, always make sure you have proof of shipment from the carrier when you return items. This way you can claim any loss or damage from your carrier.

At HappyRainyDays, a cooling-off period of 14 days applies to all webshop orders. The reflection period starts when you have received the complete order. You may view and/or try on the article within this cooling-off period. After the cooling-off period has expired, the purchase agreement is a fact.

Our general terms and conditions give the possibility, under certain conditions, to return goods that you have purchased from us. You can return your package with PostNL. Use the return form for this and report your return via our website. If you return an item (via Post NL), we charge € 5.95 return costs. If you return a package from Belgium, we charge €9.95 in return costs. We will then refund the purchase amount minus the return costs within 10 working days to the account from which the item was paid. In the event of an exchange, no amount will be charged for the return shipment.

This is how returns work:

2. You pack the item in the original box/shipping bag, including this form and the accompanying delivery note.
3. You report the return via the return link on our website: https://happyrainydays.com/nl/service/retournen/
4. You will receive your shipping label via email. Print this out and stick it on the package. You can drop this package off at a PostNL point near you. Please ask for the shipping receipt and keep it safe.
The return process takes an average of 10 working days.

If you experience problems when creating a return, you can send us an email to info@happyrainydays.nl and we will send you a return form.

Of course it is also possible to send your package via another shipping method. PLEAE NOTE: The costs of this are for the account of the sender. The address to which your return can be sent is:

Returns from Belgium?

You can then return the package to the nearest DPD collection point. Please ask for the shipping receipt and keep it safe.

The return process takes an average of 10 working days. You can expect the refund, minus € 5.95 return shipping costs, within 14 days on the account number or card number (credit card) known to us.

Guarantee

Check immediately after receipt of your order whether the item has been delivered to you undamaged and complete.

The products supplied by HappyRainyDays have a warranty period of 6 months. The warranty on an item lapses if an item has broken down due to wear and tear, incompetent or incorrect use or if the washing instructions have not been followed.

The raincoats are not worn over another coat. Take into account a sweater, so that you can wear the raincoat for a long time.

The HappyRainyDays collection is designed and manufactured in-house in the Far East.

HappyRainyDays carefully selects its factories and, in addition to quality, also looks at the working conditions and of course only chooses factories where no child labor takes place (Child labor free quality mark).

HappyRainyDays is unique because it combines functionality with fashion.

The jackets are waterproof, windproof and breathable, but look stylish and feminine at the same time. All jackets have smart details that make wearing HappyRainyDays even more comfortable. The jackets have a cotton lining that provides extra comfort.

A HappyRainyDays is not only a raincoat due to its cotton lining and the breathable quality, but can be worn as an everyday jacket. So you are always prepared for an unexpected rain shower.

The HappyRainyDays fabric is waterproof, windproof and breathable. HappyRainyDays products can withstand downpours without any problems. Technically, every cm2 of fabric holds a column of 5000 mm to as much as 10000 mm of water. In addition, all seams are taped, so that not a drop of water can get through. So you can really go out in the rain with peace of mind.

Proper maintenance of your raincoat is important. Always hang out your HappyRainyDays purchase after a rain shower to dry thoroughly before storing it again. It is best to wash a HappyRainyDays jacket or accessory with OutdoorWash and not with ordinary washing powder to ensure that the jacket remains waterproof. And certainly no fabric softener! You can find more information about this under washing instructions . Over time, the waterproof coating deteriorates due to wear. More about our fabrics and their functionality can be found under fabric use .

In addition to being waterproof, the rainwear is also highly breathable. The fabric has a water vapor permeability of at least 5000 grams/m2 per 24 hours. This means that you can cycle and walk without breaking a sweat with your raincoat. In addition, the rainwear is lined with 100% cotton that absorbs perspiration. We would like to point out that with any sport that is practiced intensively, such as cycling hard for a long time, there is a chance that you will perspire, regardless of what you are wearing.
