We are happy to deliver your order to any desired address as soon as possible. Usually you will receive the order within 2 working days (holidays are not considered working days). Within the Netherlands, orders placed before 4 pm are shipped the same day. We deliver in the Netherlands and Belgium with PostNL.

For sending your package under €50, €2.95 will be charged. No costs will be charged for orders above €50. If you return the item, we will withhold €5.95 from the amount that will be refunded. If you return a package from Belgium, we will retain €9.95.

If the shipment concerns a package that does not fit through the letterbox, you will receive an e-mail with a track & trace code as soon as the order has been sent to us. With this code you can track the shipment via the internet. It is possible that you receive the message: ‘No shipments were found for this combination’. This message can be caused by the fact that the carrier has not yet processed the tracking code. Please try again later.

Note: You will not receive a track & trace code for small packages (southwestern or rain hat) that fit through the letterbox. You do not have to stay at home for this.

The larger packages are delivered on working days and Saturdays by PostNL.

If you are not at home at the time of delivery and the package cannot be delivered to the neighbors, you will be notified and PostNL will try again later. If PostNL cannot deliver it within 2 attempts, the package can be picked up at the post office for another 3 weeks.

Tip : You can specify a different delivery address (eg from your work) for delivery.
